Kendrick Lamar Took To Twitter To Debunk The Rumors About An Up Coming Album In The Works
Just a few days ago (April 20th) Kendrick Lamar held a CD signing for his fans in Compton after his release of his new album "DAMN."
While the a fan captured the whole thing In a Instagram live video the fan captured what he thought was the Compton MC giving the heads up about a second album in the works...
While this theory has been debunked from the Section 80 artist via twitter the stans picked up excitement when they heard he had some more tunes to come. Kendricks statement were a little to premature the "Alright" MC took to twitter to clear the air on what he meant by He Had Some Songs In The Vault, He tweeted “KenFolk. ThankU 4 the desire of always anticipating new music of my own. None is coming. My work will be in our future TDE dates tho. #DAMN."
How Ever while we can't expect another album by Kendrick Lamar we can however expect to here him on the upcoming albums, singles, of the other TDE signee's as a featured artist.
Projects from Sza, Ab-soul, Jay Rock, Schoolboy Q and Isaiah Rashad are set to drop projects later this year so lets hope that we see an appearance if not all but on some of these projects.
For now, we can enjoy the critically acclaimed sounds of his DAMN. album, which will hit number 1 in its first week.
